Children have the most amazing ability to live in the moment, to laugh, play and throw caution to the wind. Imagine being able to capture these glimpses and look upon those moments every day, smiling at what could have easily have been overlooked or forgotten, being able to share these images with your children as they grow and eventually sharing them with your grandchildren.
The best photographs come from the most unexpected moments and need to be caught in the blink of an eye. It's these prescious moments which must be captured and it is these intimate moments that I pride myself on capturing time and time again. The most important ingredient for me during a children's session is that everyone is relaxed and having fun with each other.
Having 6 children of my own, I have a vast amount of experience relating to children of all ages and creating a warm and fun environment to capture children at play and with an endless supply of props and costumes to choose from, the children are having so much fun during one of my photoshoots - they barely notice that I am there! This is when I capture the magic of them - the real them! Incorporating beautiful locations, stylish clothing, appropriate props and distractions. I won’t just capture the beauty of your child, I will create images which encapsulate their personality and celebrate childhood.
This type of session should be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. Once you have booked your child’s photography session, you will then receive a consultation to plan your session, a welcome pack which answers any questions you may have, and a questionnaire which helps me find out what your child likes / dislikes and your very own ‘what to wear guide’ to ensure that you’re all looking fabulous in your images.
