Whether it is a single portrait sitting, family shots, or a sitting for your engagement photo's, my portrait sessions are designed to make you feel like a celebrity. Your portrait session may be taken in my state of the art studio, on location at the park or by the water, no matter the setting - I can arrange a photography session to capture natural photographs of you and your family.
Individual and family portraits by LoddiPots Photography are about capturing the real you. My portraits are not staged and posed they are a relaxed and informal glimpse into your character. My portrait sessions don't involve putting on a suit and tie or formal attire and being posed in font of a blue/brown mottled background, they are about capturing you in the same way as other people know you.
As part of your portrait session, I tend to capture a number of informal family pictures - I don't believe you all need to be sitting still or even facing the camera for a successful family portrait. Capturing the perfect family shot involves you being together - whether that be in a formal line-up, or a picture that is full of action and movement as you play together. Family photo shoots can be small – two siblings, mum and child, dad and baby – or they can be big, with cousins and grandparents. I love to photograph them all and capture the things that make your family special - the little looks, cheeky grins and bonds that bring you all together.
This type of session should be booked at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Once you have booked your portrait session, you will then receive a consultation to plan your session, a welcome pack which answers any questions you may have, a questionnaire which helps me find out about you and your family and you’ll receive your very own ‘what to wear guide’ to ensure that you’re all looking fabulous in your images.
